Morey's eighth birthday was four days after his seizure but thankfully by then he was feeling well enough to celebrate. His birthday party was supposed to be in Indiana but my mom brought down his presents and cards for him to enjoy in Texas instead.One of his favorites was a sock monkey "crackle head" toy that has water bottle material in his head to make the crackle sounds and feel dogs seem to love.
