For the last few years it has worked out so that Morey's birthday falls over my youngest sister's university fall break which has has meant that Morey has gotten to spend his birthday with his "aunt" and grandma. What better present could a dog wish for? With such special guests who travel all the way to Texas he is guaranteed to have a happy birthday (and lots of cute pictures!).
This year Morey turned 5. I still remember the day he was born and at that time I never would have imagined that he would end up being mine someday.
Then Grandma read it to him while he listened attentively.
After the card Morey wanted to open his presents and Grandma didn't disappoint!
